Our friendly and knowledgeable reception team are always on hand to resolve any queries you may have. Whether you are unsure what clothing to wear for your spray tan appointment or want to know how long hair should be before a waxing or hair removal appointment, all questions will be met with an answer from one of our experienced team members.
Before your appointment, you will receive a consultation form that includes a health questionnaire and questions relevant to the treatment you have booked. This form will include side effect information and expected treatment outcomes and will ensure your chosen treatment is right for you.
Not all of our treatments require a consultation, however, some of our more advanced treatments require in-salon appointments that allow our therapists to perform skin tests and ensure it is safe for you to go ahead with this treatment. Consultations are required for our Elite, Thermavein, Electrolysis, and Ellipse treatments.
If you are considering visiting us for a facial but require some guidance in order to choose the treatment that is right for your skin, we offer an Elite Facial Consultation. This 50-minute session allows us to take a closer look at your skin and advise which facial treatment will give you the best results.
