What to expect

Ensuring comfort and relaxation throughout your visit.

As you enter the salon you will be greeted by our wonderful team of receptionists who will walk you through any necessary paperwork you need to fill out ahead of your appointment.

You will then be taken to our dedicated waiting area that offers comfortable seating and refreshments or, alternatively, you are welcome to browse our gift shop which is home to a gorgeous selection of unique trinkets, hand-selected cards and products from our professional skincare ranges, Noon and Caudalie.

One of our highly-trained and fully qualified therapists will meet you downstairs to talk you through your treatment and answer any questions you may have before you begin.

Before your appointment comes to a close, your therapist will provide you with product recommendations and aftercare instructions to ensure you get the most out of your treatment. Then, you can sit back, relax and soak up the final minutes of your treatment before making your way back downstairs, or your therapist will escort you back to reception where you can treat yourself to some of your recommended products or browse our gift shop.

Before leaving us, our receptionists will take care of you, handling any queries and payments, booking in any future appointments and taking down any details for your next visit.
