Hello! I’m Georgia, and I’ve been part of the Jesmond Beauty team since 2015. I started as an apprentice and this helped to build my confidence and a foundation of skills in all things beauty therapy. I have thoroughly enjoyed stepping into a managerial role over the last 4 years (since 2020) and it has been a great new challenge. I’ve particularly enjoyed mentoring our current apprentices as I can provide guidance based on my own experience.I've always had a passion for beauty therapy and helping people feel their absolute best. Recently, I've fallen in love with results-driven treatments such as Elite Facials, Electrolysis and IPL Hair Reduction. Receiving feedback such as ‘Thank you so much, you’ve helped me to feel much more confident’ is the reason I love my job!My favourite treatment to have myself would be our Hydratight Facial which combines the benefits of lipofirm skin tightening around the jawline and the dewy lasting hydration of the Hydrafacial.

Hi, I’m Justine, I am one of the managers at Jesmond Beauty and I have been part of the team since 2013. I started when I relocated and have remained part of the team ever since.Our Hydrafacial is one of my favourite treatments to have and deliver to our clients. I was chosen to do the advanced “masters” training with Hydrafacial which has given me further knowledge on how to personalise the treatment further for my clients.I love the fact that our salon offers such a variety of treatments and that we have access to multiple high-end machines to help clients achieve their personal goals. I feel very lucky to be part of such an amazing salon and team.

For those of you who are new here, my name is Kirsty, and I started work at Jesmond Beauty when I was 17 years old on work experience from college.Once I had completed my level three qualification, I was offered a full-time position and 22 years later I'm still here and I love it! I have been a manager for 15 years and love what we have built here at our gorgeous salon. We have a wonderful team of therapists and equally wonderful clients, and my passion is providing treatments that help to improve each client's confidence and self-esteem.Over the last four or five years, I have focused a large portion of my time on facials including, CACI, Hydrafacial, Peels, and Mesotherapy. I love creating plans for each individual based on their concerns, treating things like acne, fine lines and wrinkles, dehydration and just general skin health. Helping people to feel their best, regardless of the treatment they have, is my number one goal.

Hello, I’m Laura. I have been at Jesmond Beauty Clinic since 2004. I’m a part-time team member working Mondays, Thursdays and every other Saturday and I am a dedicated and loyal part of the team.I am fully qualified to carry out the majority of our treatments, but Spa Facials and Waxing are the treatments I am passionate about providing for our clients. I’m a quick and thorough waxer and have regular waxing clients whom I take care of from start to finish, from rebooking appointments to recommending aftercare products. I love to see our clients feeling good about themselves!I thoroughly enjoy providing Spa Facials for my clients as the beautiful ambience, dim lighting, and gorgeous product scents ensure the treatment is an hour and a half of heaven for both the client and the therapist!

Hi everyone! My name is Natalie and I have worked at the Jesmond Beauty salon since 2016. I joined the salon and started working as a fully qualified Beauty Therapist and over the years, I have transitioned into a Receptionist role.You can find me in the salon on a Sunday, Monday and Tuesday and sometimes I make an appearance on our social media pages as I love to create product posts and videos.I am a bit of a skincare geek and enjoy learning anything product-related and working closely with our gorgeous brands, Caudalie and Noon Aesthetics, to provide our clients with the best care and results.If you require any recommendations I’m more than happy to help and look forward to seeing you soon!

I’m Toni and I’ve been working here at Jesmond Beauty since 2016 and can’t believe how quickly the time has flown!After finishing college, I started as a housekeeper which helped me gain an understanding of running the rooms within the salon. I was then given the opportunity to become a Receptionist full time and this is something I have been so passionate about ever since.I’ve completely fallen in love with the role, especially all the technical elements of the job and have recently been working closely with our team on the new website to make the client journey as smooth and enjoyable as possible.I love seeing both regular and new clients come through the door ready for a pamper as well as organising all future treatments in our diary. Taking care of our gift shop is another love of mine, from unboxing our exciting new deliveries to keeping all of our amazing displays packed full of gorgeous gifts.

Hi everyone, I’m Hayley and have worked at Jesmond Beauty Clinic since 2014.I love all aspects of my job and the wide variety of treatments I can offer to clients, and I’m particularly passionate about holistic treatments such as massages and facials. I thoroughly enjoy carrying out these treatments as I know they allow our clients to feel so much better in themselves, feel completely zoned out from the real world, and take much-needed time for themselves.In addition to facials and massages, I also enjoy delivering waxing treatments and over the years of doing intimate waxing, I have built up fantastic relationships with a variety of clients. I believe it’s incredibly important for our clients to feel at ease with the therapist when carrying out this particular treatment with it being so personal to them.My favourite treatments to have would be a massage or facial. I find I don’t get much time to treat myself so having these treatments booked in throughout the year means I always have something to look forward to!I can’t wait to see you all soon for some gorgeous pamper sessions.

I have been a beauty therapist for over 30 years and have always enjoyed my job, meeting new clients, and building close relationships.I thoroughly enjoy performing all of the treatments we offer, but I prefer Electrolysis which includes hair removal, thread vein removal and skin tag removal and the CACI non-surgical facelift which is a fantastic treatment to help prevent ageing.I look forward to meeting (and treating) you in the salon very soon!

Hi everyone, I’m Rima and I have been working in the beauty industry for just over 10 years and I have been part of the team at Jesmond Beauty since 2023 offering a range of treatments to our clients.I would have to say that I enjoy delivering massages, LVL lashes, facials and manicures the most out of all the treatments we offer. Hi, my name is Katie, I am an apprentice, and I joined the Jesmond Beauty family in August 2023.I love to provide lash extension treatments as I like the confidence they give each client after they have been applied. I equally enjoy providing builder gel during manicures as it completely transforms the nails giving them a healthier complexion as well as making them longer and stronger in just a few weeks.It’s amazing to have a variety of clients as everyone likes to have their nails done differently! Hi, my name is Caroline. I've been part of the Jesmond Beauty team for over 20 years.I have worked with a wide range of treatments and products over the years and I now specialise in medical-grade treatments and enjoy helping clients with problematic skin. I really enjoy using our range of Noon products as this is a pharmaceutical range and has been developed by scientists who have developed a derma shield that protects your skin while having treatments.I thoroughly enjoy doing Ellipse IPL laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and vessel removal. Providing these treatments led me to learning more in-depth techniques using a specialised machine called Thermavein. Hi, I'm Jen. I am one of the Directors at Jesmond Beauty and I’ve been part of the team right from the beginning. I worked on reception while training in beauty therapy at college and once qualified I found my passion across all areas of of beauty. Waxing, facials, massages and nails being my favourite treatments to perform.After a few years as a therapist, I took a break from beauty therapy to concentrate on our gift shop, JB Signatures. I focused my time on purchasing and displaying the gorgeous goodies we have, going to trade fairs and finding new suppliers.I have recently returned to beauty therapy and found how much I still enjoy meeting people and helping them to look and feel their very best.
