Holistic Massage Experiences with Natalie
Escape into an experience crafted exclusively for you and performed by Natalie, your specialist holistic therapist. This is not a one-size-fits-all massage, but a fully bespoke journey designed around how your body and mind are feeling on the day.
- Begin by choosing the length of your treatment — 40, 60, or 80 minutes — with longer appointments allowing time to work more deeply/cover a greater number of areas.
- In the treatment room, you will curate the rest of your treatment with Natalie, firstly choosing which areas you would like to focus on for the massage element, and their pressure (holistic massage is designed to work at a medium or light flowy pressure throughout to ensure full relaxation, we can work slightly deeper in areas of tension but this is not recommended for the full duration of your treatment experience). Massage areas include :
Back • Legs • Feet • Hands • Arms • Neck & Shoulders • Face (with/without Gua Sha) • Scalp - Next you will choose from four custom massage oil blends, each created to support different emotional and physical needs – from deep relaxation and stress relief, to grounding, uplifting, and positivity. This becomes the aromatic foundation of your entire treatment.
Throughout your session, calming aromatherapy, sound therapy, and intuitive touch guide you into profound relaxation. Optional comforts such as a weighted eye mask, a crystal palm stone to hold and apothecary muscle relief balm further cocoon your senses, supporting both physical release and mental stillness.
Your treatment then closes with a soft awakening, sitting up to a glass of water and an intentionally picked oracle card to give you gentle guidance. You are also welcomed to enjoy a hot herbal tea downstairs in our reception/shop area whilst you calmly return to your senses – leaving you balanced, restored and beautifully renewed.
