3 beauty treatments from the special offer

You know the feeling, you've spent weeks building up to the trip of a lifetime, a chance to escape from the daily grind, then before you know it, you're back at home with the post-holiday blues, wondering if it's too soon to start counting down until your next excursion.

Wouldn't it be nice if you could make that carefree holiday feeling last just a little longer? Well, at Jesmond Beauty Clinic you can, thanks to the salon's new Sunkissed Sensation package which incorporates five treatments to leave you preened and pampered to the max, blissed-out and looking great.

Step 1: Full Body Exfoliation

To kick-start the pampering, a full body exfoliation will ensure the skin is fully prepped for the spray tan, by eliminating dead cells that give skin a dull and lacklustre appearance.
Finely grained Body Polish is smoothed across the body - legs, stomach, chest, arms and back - and gently brushed away with soft mitts. It not only reveals a fresher, more radiant complexion, but also stimulates circulation.

Step 2: Mini-pedicure

It's then time to whip those nails into shape with a mini pedicure and we have a fantastic range of polishes to chose from in the OPI range, from vampish reds and flirty pinks, to dark plums or even more neutral shades - all guaranteed to have your tootsies looking tip top.
Your nails will be filed and the cuticles softened and trimmed, before smooth coats of polish are applied to give a flawless, high-shine finish.

Step 3: Mini-manicure

And, with your toe nails looking their best, it's time to do the same to your fingers, courtesy of a mini manicure. Once again, your nails will be filed and trimmed into shape and a suitably gorgeous colour applied - all while you lie back and relax in the comfort of the treatment bed.

Step 4: Decleor Mini-facial

More pampering then follows with a decadent Decleor mini facial, which begins with cleansing and toning, before Decleor's aromatic Phytopeel is applied. This gentle, deep cleansing exfoliator firms on the skin and can then be swept away with the fingertips, removing impurities to leave your face feeling renewed and refreshed.

A relaxing pressure point massage comes next, using Aromessence Neroli oil to address dehydration in the skin and relieve any lingering tension. A mask is then smoothed on to the skin and left to work its magic for 15 minutes or so - allowing you to drift off and daydream of those stress-free days by the pool while the ingredients go to work, softening and replenishing your skin. The mini-facial rounds off with an application of moisturiser and eye cream, leaving you ready for the final treatment of the day... the spray tan.

Step 5: St Tropex or Vani-t Full Body Spray Tan

Clients can choose a spray tan either from acclaimed brand St Tropez, or the latest addition to the salon, Vani-T. Both will give skin an instant, streak-free golden glow; so if it's raining outside, who cares? You'll still have a sun-kissed look that will be the envy of all your friends.
For either of the spray tans, you simply strip down to a pair of paper knickers that the salon provides and enter a tanning booth, where your beauty therapist will instruct you to stand in a range of poses while she sprays the tanning solution on to your face and body. The whole process take a matter of minutes, and after a short pause to let the excess solution dry off, you can pop your clothes back on (dark, loose-fitting clothes and flip flops will be best) and you're good to go. The tan will continue to develop throughout the day, but after 8 hours or more, you simply shower off the guide colour to reveal a beautiful, even tan.
